The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to support stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #701584, including 16732 Chagrin Blvd., Shaker Heights, OH 44120. The role centers on helping customers, answering questions about products, and recommending solutions while maintaining high store standards and achieving sales goals.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required, and the position involves lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficient in reading, writing, comprehension and communication in English; Spanish is preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse; tint and mix per customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and discuss product options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures; seek ways to improve sales.
