State Farm independent contractor agency is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) to deliver excellent service in English and Spanish. You will handle policy inquiries, changes, claims, and billing questions and support clients through the insurance process.

The role requires an active P&C license, eagerness to grow within the industry, and a collaborative, in-house team environment at the agency office.

Formación

• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Life and Health license (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Series 6 Securities Sales license (or ability to obtain) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong client relationships and provide bilingual service in English and Spanish.
• Assist with policy inquiries, changes, claims, and billing questions.
• Educate clients about coverage options and processes; stay compliant with licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless service delivery.
