Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer and consumer calls, providing timely, professional resolution to inquiries and service needs.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments through Company systems, ensuring accuracy and outstanding customer experience.
• Respond to service requests, customer inquiries, and follow-up communications via email and other channels.
• Maintain and update customer databases and records, including warranty registrations and geographic data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
