GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative in the USA, Carolina, PR. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive collections, and collaborate across Sales, Distribution, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing issues.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 3 years of AR/collections experience, and bilingual English/Spanish. Strong communication and cash-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency using MS Office suite applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fully bilingual – English & Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Proactively manages a designated portfolio of customer accounts, using AR aging reports to drive collection activities and minimize past-due receivables.
• Provide customers with invoices and account statements to facilitate timely resolution and payment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Distribution, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve payment delays and disputes.
• Research and apply unapplied cash, credits, and discrepancies to customer accounts.
• Execute customer onboarding and KYC processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with processing customer payments through POS devices and banking platforms.
• Develop and maintain weekly sales pacing and pulse estimates using sales and collection data.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, including aging, past-due balances, and cash flow from collections.
• Perform other tasks or special projects within Controllership/Finance.
