Job summary

The ideal candidate will be bilingual, have a high school diploma or GED, and be available for rotating day/evening/overnight/weekend training. Flexibility to cover weekend and holiday shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Rotating day/evening/overnight/weekend training for 4 weeks.
• Bilingual ability preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Relay and document service orders, messages, and information from field personnel, customers, managers, and consultants.
• Complete work orders using a computerized system; answer billing inquiries and repair calls.
• Initiate operation and maintenance work orders using a computerized system; consult map books and engineer drawings, request utility line locates.
