PMCH seeks an Outreach Specialist to identify, engage, and enroll eligible fathers into the FELLAS Fatherhood Program across Essex, Hudson, and Passaic Counties. The role emphasizes strategic outreach, community engagement, and building partnerships to promote participation and retention.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong engagement skills, and experience in community outreach, with the ability to work flexible hours and travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is required.
• Minimum two years of community outreach/health experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Familiarity with Essex, Hudson, and Passaic Counties preferred.
• Knowledge of cultural and lifestyle diversity issues; ability to network effectively.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-person and remote outreach to recruit fathers/clients in target counties.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local orgs, clinics, businesses, faith-based groups, and schools.
• Schedule and present information sessions about the FELLAS program.
• Assist with intake forms, consents, and survey tools.
• Plan promotional events and fatherhood bonding activities.
• Track outreach activities and contacts with potential clients.
• Distribute marketing materials and prepare reports.
• Maintain confidential files per HIPAA.
