Job summary

Partnership for Maternal & Child Health is seeking a FELLAS Recruitment Specialist in New Jersey to identify and enroll eligible fathers into our FELLAS Fatherhood Program across Essex, Hudson, and Passaic Counties. The role emphasizes outreach, partnership development, and data collection in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

The position requires at least two years of outreach experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and an Associate's degree with a preference for a Social Work/Public Health

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' community outreach or health experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and enroll eligible fathers into the FELLAS program.
• Conduct in-person and remote outreach across Essex, Hudson, and Passaic Counties.
• Develop partnerships with community entities to sustain referrals.
• Plan and present at local organizations and meetings.
• Maintain forms, surveys, and HIPAA-compliant records.
