Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with TMS, Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Understanding of transportation processes, hazardous materials regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and crisis-management abilities, with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries through coordination with carriers.
• Provide visibility to management through tracking, monitoring, auditing, researching, and resolving issues.
• Verify truck arrival within the scheduled pickup date/time and confirm location and ETA.
• Request rescheduling for recovery in case of truck no-shows.
• Identify high-frequency no-show carriers through shipment data analysis.
