Job summary

Baths of America is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish speaking) to manage sales orders from close to warehouse release. You will own the order management process, maintain records, coordinate across departments, and resolve issues to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role requires a strong eye for detail, clear communication, and ability to work with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment at our Houston distribution center.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management, scheduling, dispatching, or coordinating roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Clear communication across departments and follow-through.
• Ability to identify problems, document them, and drive resolution.
• Experience with ERP/order management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain sales orders using information from Sales.
• Ensure orders include fulfillment details and required dates.
• Maintain accurate order records, dates, and notes.
• Monitor open orders for delays, conflicts, or warranty issues.
• Escalate unresolved operational issues to the Office Manager.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Installations to move orders toward release.
• Schedule and dispatch deliveries and installations.
