American Vision Partners (AVP) is seeking a Bilingual Scheduling Specialist to be the first contact for patients, providers, and team members. You will guide patient scheduling with a patient-first approach, communicating empathetically and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Experience in medical office including Insurance knowledge desirable.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• In a call center environment, service patient needs while accepting inbound calls with a focus on customer service.
• Use professional communication etiquette while servicing patient needs based on appointment availability and location.
• Meet monthly goals based on metrics and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal partners and clinics to support patient needs and coordinate scheduling.
