Qualifications

• Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements may vary by location; some 2nd/3rd shift or weekends may be required.
• License Requirement: Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and good driving record.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; listens and asks for clarification.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; can read and interpret information.
• Customer Service: Strong customer orientation and courteous, professional assistance.
• Adaptability: Adapts to changes; able to handle delays or unexpected events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations at assigned locations; supervise staff and prepare reports.
• Ensure appropriate customer interaction; monitor time cards and shift reports.
• Hire and train frontline staff; manage cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain parking equipment; assist with repairs and maintenance tasks as directed.
• Provide courteous customer service and answer questions.
• Support Facility Manager with duties and budget preparation.
