The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a busy department and drive safe, efficient operations at the Lordstown facility.

You will supervise 20+ associates, coach teams, and partner with management and unions to sustain performance and morale. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in supervision, strong communication, and solid PC skills, with flexibility to cover multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing diverse teams of 20+ associates.
• 4–6 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• High school graduate; college preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and development skills; solid math and PC skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; provide feedback and develop leaders.
• Must be available to support multiple shifts.

Responsabilités

• Operate an efficient, productive, and safe department within the Distribution Center.
• Ensure quality and service remain at a high level.
• Review orders on the floor and direct associates to maintain productivity.
• Plan, flow, and allocate resources for day-to-day department activity.
• Develop and motivate associates while sustaining company culture.
• Build relationships with business partners and internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to improve operations.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping requirements are met.
• Continuously review practices and processes to identify improvements.
