Job summary

TJ Maxx Distribution Center in San Antonio is seeking a supervisor to drive efficient operations, safety, and strong team morale. You will oversee a diverse team of 20+ associates across shifts, plan workflow, and coordinate with partners to meet daily production goals.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, high school diploma (college preferred), and strong communication, coaching, math, and PC skills. Competitive benefits and a comprehensive salary package are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing diverse teams of 20+ associates
• 4-6 years of experience
• High School graduate, College preferred or equivalent work experience
• Communication, coaching and development, strong math and PC skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop other leaders
• Must be available to support multiple shifts

Responsibilities

• Manages day to day activity within department, including planning, flow, and resource allocation.
• Develops and motivates associates and ensures morale is at a high level while maintaining company culture
• Builds effective relationships with business partners (Management, Union, HR, Loss Prevention, Transportation)
• Effectively communicates with associates and management to improve efficiency
• Ensures area meets all Safety and Housekeeping requirements
• Reviews practices and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
