Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a leader to manage a busy distribution center department. You will drive efficient operations, review orders on the floor, and direct associates to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, high school diploma (college preferred), and strong skills in communication, coaching, math, and PC use. Must be available to support multiple shifts.

• Strong communication, coaching and development abilities required
• Proven ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts
• Flexible to support multiple shifts

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations to ensure efficiency and safety

• Motivate and develop associates while upholding company culture
• Build strong relationships with business partners and management
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met
