Harvard Business Publishing (HBP) is seeking an Operations Specialist to support client engagements for leadership development solutions. In a hybrid, six-month contract based in Brighton, MA, you will help plan, coordinate, and deliver activities across the project lifecycle.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, manage priorities and timelines, and identify delivery risks while maintaining documentation and enablement plans. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, Portuguese is a plus.

• Relevant professional experience in coordinator, operations, project support, client support, or similar roles.
