Harvard Business Publishing (HBP) seeks an Operations Specialist to support client engagements for leadership development solutions. You will own tasks across the project lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver high-quality, scalable client experiences.

Ideal candidates bring coordination/operations experience, strong communication in English and Spanish, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining quality and timelines.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills (Portuguese a plus).
• Experience as a coordinator, operations, project support, client support, or similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of high-quality, scalable client solutions and manage assigned work with stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional project teams on client engagements and internal initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver project activities, manage priorities and timelines, anticipate risks.
