Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring an Operations Support Specialist to join our Operations Team. The role, based in Akron, OH, is full-time and involves coordinating staffing, onboarding, and site communications to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Requires bilingual Spanish/English, strong organization and communication skills, and comfort with tablet-based data entry. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety and maintenance rules and procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Navigate and enter data into a tablet-based application.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to complete routine reports and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing levels with Site Manager and communicate hiring needs to the KBS Talent Acquisition Team.
• Assist Site Manager with onboarding of new employees and with orientations.
• Assist in scheduling and facilitating employee recognitions and training files.
• Serve as a point of contact to resolve issues using appropriate resources within KBS.
• Maintain training records and supervisor files and ensure policy compliance.
