Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to collaborate with the Site Manager on staffing, onboarding, and employee recognition. This role emphasizes bilingual communication, safety compliance, and efficient administration at a fast-paced facility-services operation.

The position includes coordinating with the Talent Acquisition Team, maintaining required documents, and supporting timekeeping and policy adherence across shifts.

Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish/English required.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with tablet-based data entry and timekeeping apps.

Responsibilities

Coordinate staffing with Site Manager and relay hiring needs to the KBS TA Team.
Assist onboarding of new employees and orientations.
Facilitate employee recognition programs and serve as point of contact for issues.
Maintain training and supervisor files and ensure policy compliance.
Assist Site Manager with OSHA/safety documentation and routine reporting.
