Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager to lead the warehouse and logistics operations in our Alabama facility. This role aligns with our quality management system and client requirements to achieve service levels, safety, and performance goals.

You will supervise supervisors and warehouse staff, optimize manpower and budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Lead operations to meet objectives and client requirements
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and SOPs
• Manage budgets, labor planning, and resources
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs
• Coordinate with supervisors and warehouse personnel

Responsibilities

• Execute company values, strategy, policies, and standards to support business objectives
• Lead best practices across operations using Core Business Technologies and standardized procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen efficiency, quality, and process reliability
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety policies, and workload requirements
• Manage human, material, and automated resources to support production and service plans
• Direct daily operations to achieve SLAs and client performance expectations
• Validate action plans to ensure quality targets are met
• Develop and monitor Early Warning Indicators and KPIs
• Authorize expenditures within budgets and company policies
• Communicate performance, risks, and updates to Schnellecke leadership and client management
• Promote safe work procedures and regulatory compliance
• Assist manpower planning and labor analysis
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned
