Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager to lead the operations area, align with quality systems, and meet client requirements across warehouse and production support.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will supervise supervisors and staff, optimize manpower and budgets, drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, ensure safety, and deliver reliable service levels for our automotive and industrial logistics customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in logistics/operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and KPI management.
• Experience managing budgets and labor planning.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to meet service levels and client expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement across efficiency, quality, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and SOPs.
• Oversee manpower planning, labor allocation, and shift optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate performance to leadership and clients.
• Manage budgets and authorize expenditures within approved limits.
• Support production stability and customer satisfaction.
