Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics in Alabama seeks a Bilingual Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and operations team. You will align daily activities with the company's quality management system, client requirements, and safety standards while driving service levels and performance.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will optimize resources, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure production stability and customer satisfaction at the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of logistics or operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and KPI management.
• Experience with budgets, labor planning, and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Execute company values, mission, strategy, policies, and standards.
• Apply Core Business Technologies and standardized procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Ensure SOPs, safety policies, and workload requirements compliance.
• Manage human, material, and automated resources to support plans.
• Direct daily operations to meet SLAs and client expectations.
• Validate action plans to meet quality limits and targets.
• Develop and monitor Early Warning Indicators and KPIs.
• Authorize expenditures per budgets and policies.
• Communicate performance, risks, and updates to leadership and client management.
• Promote safe work procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Support manpower planning and labor analysis.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
