Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics in Alabama is seeking a Bilingual Group Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise associates, and coordinate staffing, equipment, and inventory to meet daily targets and production schedules. You will enforce safety, quality, and standard work procedures, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2-3 years of warehouse experience required.
2-3 years of leadership/management experience required.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety, and quality standards.
Ability to lead teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to safety principles and promote a safe work environment.
Enforce compliance with standard work procedures and safety rules.
Supervise and direct associates within the assigned operational area.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and inventory to meet daily productivity targets.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to review shift performance and needs.
Support Lean Management initiatives and 5S workplace organization.
