Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager to lead the operations area, aligning with QA systems and client requirements. You will oversee supervisors and warehouse staff, ensure efficient manpower allocation, budget adherence, and operational excellence to support production stability and customer satisfaction.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, enforce safety and SOPs, manage resources, and communicate performance to leadership and client management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 5 years in logistics or operations leadership.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, SLAs, and KPI management.
• Experience budgeting, labor planning, and resource management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Office and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align operations with quality systems and client requirements.
• Manage manpower, budgets, and resources to ensure production stability.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to SOPs.
• Direct daily operations to meet SLAs and client expectations.
• Communicate performance and risks to leadership and client management.
• Support labor planning and working hours analysis.
• Authorize expenditures within budgets.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
