You will supervise supervisors and warehouse personnel, optimize manpower, and manage budget adherence to drive production stability and customer satisfaction in the facility.

The role requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and continuous improvement to exceed SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics or operations leadership.
• Experience managing budgets, labor planning, and resources.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, SLA, and KPI management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute company values, strategy, policies, and standards across operations.
• Lead continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety policies, and workload requirements.
• Direct daily operations to meet SLAs and client expectations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and early warning indicators.
• Authorize departmental expenditures within approved budgets.
• Communicate performance and risks to leadership and client management.
• Support manpower planning and productive labor allocation.
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned.
