Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics or operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and service levels.
• Experience budgeting, labor planning, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align operations with quality standards and client requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Ensure SOP compliance, safety policies, and workload requirements.
• Oversee manpower, budgets, and resources to support production and service plans.
• Communicate performance, risks, and updates to leadership and client management.
• Promote safe work procedures and regulatory compliance.
