Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Warehouse Staffing Coordinator in La Grange, IL to support a startup warehouse operation with a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, split shifts, and varying hours based on business needs.

The role involves recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and managing staff; maintaining timekeeping and payroll accuracy; and delivering reports and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills required.
• Staffing and CRM experience preferred.
• Experience in coaching and managing others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Strong Reporting Skills Required.
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop value-added services to support client needs.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring of individuals for assignment.
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing is accurate.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports at the client’s request.
• Manage employee relations at the site including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Facilitate initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents.
• Participate in scheduled service reviews at client site.
• Act as liaison between branch office and client.
• Deliver superior customer service and develop relationships with supervisors and associates.
• Flexibility to work varying hours including early start at 4:00 AM once per week and extended hours up to 7:30 PM.
