Job summary

Employbridge, LLC seeks a bilingual onsite staffing coordinator for a West Chester, OH warehouse site. This full-time, on-site role supports payroll, onboarding, and client relationships to meet staffing service agreements. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm, with site visits as needed.

The role emphasizes servicing the client, resolving workforce issues, and coordinating new hire orientations while maintaining compliance and accurate attendance tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related experience preferred.
• Experience in logistics or manufacturing with client communication.
• Proficient in data handling and using CRM/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.
• Educate client on guidelines and set expectations for handling issues.
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Deliver client customized new hire orientations.
• Collect onboarding documents and ensure compliance.
• Run reports and use data to identify workforce challenges.
