Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions seeks a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations for our temporary warehouse workforce at a client site. You will coordinate meetings, supervise staff, and ensure safety and policy adherence on your shift.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse supervision, bilingual Spanish/English, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and web-based systems. Expect a fast-paced environment with overtime opportunities and first-pay benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong customer service, organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage large group meetings for hourly associates.
• Provide performance feedback and disciplinary actions for hourly staff.
• Audit safety and employee-relations policy adherence and recommend corrective action.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing workflow for client projects.
• Build relationships with client managers and provide guidance to ensure partnership success.
• Answer questions and maintain open-door policy with hourly associates.
