Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator for Warehouse/Logistics in Ohio to support day-to-day client operations, manage relationships with the client and associates, and ensure staffing services agreements are fulfilled.

You will act as the first point of contact for vendors and client contacts, coordinate onboarding, run workforce reports, and assist with payroll and timekeeping while upholding safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Coordinates resolution of all-workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource.
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation program
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance
