Midway Staffing, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (Recruiting) for an on-site client location in Kenosha, WI. This full-time, permanent role focuses on people operations and recruiting, from first call through onboarding and payroll support.

You will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with weekends as needed, and are paid $22.50 per hour with weekly pay. The position reports to the Branch Manager and requires bilingual communication every shift.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required; you will use both languages every shift.
• Recruiting or HR experience; staffing experience is a strong plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and screen candidates to keep the Kenosha client fully staffed.
• Post jobs, work job boards, and convert phone calls into candidates' first days.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and match candidates to roles.
• Own onboarding end to end, including background checks and new hire paperwork.
• Lead safety training and manage first-day logistics to help new hires feel welcomed.
• Handle associate concerns and HR conversations with care and confidentiality.
• Support payroll by reviewing hours, processing timecards, and approving them on time.
• Prepare daily reports covering rosters, attendance, and safety.
• Serve as the go-to contact for the client’s leadership team and associates on your shift.
• Partner with recruiters and leadership on staffing plans that align with hiring goals.

This full-time, permanent role is a people-operations and recruiting seat that keeps the floor staffed while handling day-to-day HR needs, from first call through onboarding and into payroll support.

You will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with weekends as needed. Pay is $22.50/hour, with weekly pay. The position reports to the Branch Manager and requires bilingual communication every shift.

What You Bring

• Flexibility to assist on weekends when the operation needs it
