Midway Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (Recruiting) to lead recruiting and HR at our Kenosha client site. The role is 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite in Kenosha, WI.

You will screen, onboard, and support employees in English and Spanish, ensuring day-one readiness and compliance. Work with recruiters and leadership to meet staffing goals while providing frontline HR support. Weekly pay and a permanent full-time position are offered.

Competenze

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
• Recruiting or HR experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite, plus experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Flexibility to help on weekends when the operation calls for it.

Mansioni

• Recruit, source, and screen candidates to keep the client fully staffed.
• Post jobs, work the job boards, and turn phone calls into first days.
• Review resumes, interview candidates in person and by phone, and spot the right fit.
• Own onboarding end to end, from background checks to new hire paperwork, and keep files complete.
• Lead safety training and first-day logistics so new hires feel welcomed.
• Handle associate concerns and HR conversations with care and confidentiality.
• Support payroll by reviewing hours, processing timecards, and approving them accurately.
• Prepare daily reports on rosters, attendance, and safety.
• Be the go-to contact for the client's leadership team and associates on shift.
• Partner with recruiters and leadership on staffing plans that hit hiring goals.
