Midway Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor for our Kenosha client site. You will supervise the floor, recruit and onboard staff, and stay the primary HR contact on site, using English and Spanish daily.

You will ensure staffing coverage from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, in a full-time, permanent role. This is a hands-on recruiting and HR position on site.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Recruiting or HR experience is required; staffing experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; experience with an Applicant Tracking System.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, source, and screen candidates to keep the Kenosha client fully staffed.
• Post jobs, manage job boards, and turn calls into first days.
• Review resumes, interview candidates, and identify the right fit for each role.
• Own onboarding end to end, including background checks and new hire paperwork.
• Lead safety training and set up first-day logistics for new hires.
• Handle associate concerns and HR conversations with care and confidentiality.
• Support payroll by reviewing hours and processing timecards accurately.
• Prepare daily reports on rosters, attendance, and safety.
• Be the go-to contact for client leadership and associates on your shift.
• Partner with recruiters and leadership on staffing plans to hit hiring goals.
