Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is seeking an Onsite Staffing Manager for the Glendale client site. The role supports staffing operations on the 3rd shift (Friday–Sunday, 6pm–6am), coordinating onboarding, coaching associates, and delivering accurate reporting to client leadership.

You will manage candidate flow, conduct orientations, and monitor attendance while ensuring safety and compliance. A hands-on leader with strong HR/data skills will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma & a year or more in a leadership role.
• Experience in a customer service role responsible for multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Demonstrable success managing a team or process.
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Able to lead, organize, and build effective and diverse teams.
• Seasoned critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview daily to maintain candidate inventory.
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding.
• Audit onboarding requirements and verify start needs.
• Communicate workforce needs to client with labor market data.
• Participate in client forecasting and stay informed on business needs.
• Manage daily attendance and headcount reports; may process payroll.
• Document and investigate safety incidents; participate in client meetings.
• Handle workers’ comp claims and unemployment documentation.
• Develop and maintain rapport with management and supervisors.
• Create reports to identify workforce challenges and collaborate on solutions via CRM/Power BI.
• Coach associates on policies with potential legal implications and involve onsite HR.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and manage assignments.
