Job summary

Elwood Staffing seeks a Bilingual On-Site Specialist to support the client’s On-Site program in Glendale, AZ. You will coach, counsel, discipline and manage associates to ensure performance goals are met, building strong bonds with temporary staff and upholding excellent customer service.

Fluent in Spanish and English, you will collaborate with client management, branches and corporate teams, ensuring safety and meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to communicate with urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with the client's management team.
• Recruit temporary resources to meet client needs.
• Communicate clearly with client personnel, temporary associates and company staff.
• Meet with client supervisors to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of client's facilities, positions and policies.
• Collaborate with branch, regional and corporate teams to meet performance expectations.
• Identify and assign temporary associates who meet client skill requirements.
• Maintain contact with the current pool of temporary associates for availability.
• Conduct new hire orientations to explain policies and safety issues.
