Shift Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Location: Smyrna, TN

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Base Pay Range: $65,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise the 2nd shift team
• Manage shift schedules and staffing needs
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, and shipping activities
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Use WMS systems to track inventory and support logistics
• Train, mentor, and support employees on safety and warehouse procedures
• Coordinate shipping/receiving to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
• Perform facility and equipment inspections
• Assist with physical tasks when needed

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping/receiving, and inventory control
• Experience in food/FMCG distribution environments is a plus
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment safely
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Must be available for 2nd shift
