Job summary

Ōnin Staffing seeks an Onsite Representative to be the face of our team at a client facility in Rogers, AR. You will manage daily operations, attendance, and onboarding, while building strong relationships with client contacts and teammates.

Ideal candidates have staffing/workforce management experience, familiarity with light industrial environments, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing or workforce management.
• Familiarity with light industrial sectors (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the key point of contact between the client, our branch, and the onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction and performance.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and assist with meeting client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting in line with branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
