The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish and English) with strong communication and customer service skills, excellent organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supports Service Manager and Area Director to meet financial goals while ensuring compliance with Doherty policies.
• Translation support for Spanish-speaking employees and clients.
• Interview, hire, and place temporary employees to meet client demand.
• Coordinate pre-employment drug testing, background checks, and physicals as required.
• Conduct orientations and provide check-in support for temporary staff.
• Process payroll and timekeeping for temporary employees and prepare reports.
