Job summary

EJF Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Property Manager for a Washington, DC area property. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate communications with residents, and support compliance and governance tasks.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, with full-time onsite work and occasional evenings or weekends. Prior on-site property management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bilingual: English and Spanish is required.
• Full-time onsite with occasional evening/weekend commitments.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property management, preferably in a cooperative or condominium setting.
• Experience in on-site management is strongly preferred.
• Professional designations such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the property’s primary point of contact for residents and guests.
• Coordinate resident communications and community events; support compliance initiatives.
• Assist Board members with record keeping, minutes, and reporting.
• Monitor building activity, vendor performance, and overall operations.
• Manage security, deliveries, inspections, and maintenance oversight.
