You will manage leasing, renewals, collections, resident relations, and day-to-day operations while coordinating maintenance, tracking records, and supporting occupancy and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in apartment/multifamily property management.
• Experience with leasing, collections, and day-to-day property operations.
• Strong resident relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community
• Build strong relationships with residents and provide excellent customer service
• Manage leasing activity, renewals, collections, and resident concerns
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and property needs
• Maintain accurate property records, reports, and required documentation
• Help maintain occupancy and support the overall financial and operational performance of the community
• Work closely with regional leadership and other members of the management team
