Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organize, prioritize, meet deadlines; detail-oriented; multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and supporting hiring workflows
- Interviewing candidates as part of the selection process
- Screening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests and background checks
- Employee orientations and coaching
- Coordinating safety training
- Attendance tracking to support workforce reporting
- Processing payroll/deductions
- Client communication, including on-site client check-ins
- Assisting with problem solving
- Performing general office duties
