Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Onsite Operations Coordinator to join our Workforce Solutions team in Cincinnati. The role serves as the key link between the onsite workforce, the client’s operations team, and the MSP/VMS program office, ensuring seamless execution of contingent labor processes from candidate submittal to offboarding.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years in staffing/on-site environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with MSP to ensure real-time visibility and compliance with client program requirements.
• Maintain accurate worker and position data in the VMS and internal systems.
• Verify new hires are submitted in the VMS and aligned with requisitions.
• Confirm start dates, training, and assignment details with candidates, recruiters, and client managers.
• Create and end matches in eRecruit for all starts and terminations.
• Coordinate release or termination actions per company direction.
• Coordinate retrieval of badges, equipment, and site assets on termination.
• Assist with new hire orientations.
• Demonstrate strong time management and data-driven decision making.
