Job summary

KP Staffing is seeking an onsite coordinator (bilingual) to support day-to-day staffing operations at a high-volume manufacturing facility in Irving, TX. You will serve as the primary liaison between KP Staffing, the client, and the temporary workforce, handling employee relations, safety compliance, reporting, and operational support.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a large contingent workforce across multiple

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in an onsite coordinator, staffing coordinator, operations supervisor, production supervisor, safety coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or GMP environments preferred.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily onsite staffing operations for the client facility.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and client leadership regarding staffing needs and updates.
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding.
• Provide employee coaching and address attendance, performance, and employee relations issues.
• Assist with coordinating multiple production areas and departments.
• Partner with client leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
