Job summary

Burlington Industries is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to facilitate the onboarding and integration of new employees in Raeford and Rockingham, NC. The role includes recruitment, documentation, daily on-site support, and assistance with housing and transportation to help employees settle into their new community.

Fluency in Haitian Creole and English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus. You will coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to ensure safety and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Haitian Creole and English is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or employee support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding management to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
• Training & compliance support to ensure safety and engagement on site.
• Assist with housing, transportation, and other community-related needs for employees.
• Serve as liaison between employees and management to address concerns promptly.
• Utilize bilingual capabilities to support and communicate with employees (Haitian Creole + English; Spanish is a plus).
