Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision to ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Manage employee relations at the client site, including coaching, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and attendance reporting for the client.
• Maintain timekeeping, payroll, invoicing accuracy, and service reviews with the client.
• Deliver superior customer service and build relationships with supervisors and associates.
