Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking an Account Manager in Illinois to own client relationships, recruiting, and operations for 24/7 client sites. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a strong focus on data-driven performance and an hourly workforce of 100+.

You will mentor staff, manage KPIs, and collaborate with HR for evaluations and disciplinary actions. The role involves cross-location leadership, standard work alignment, and frequent client reviews to improve partnership

Qualifications

4+ years in leadership roles with P&L in warehouse/e-commerce/manufacturing
Fluent in Spanish and English (reading/writing/speaking)
Experience managing an hourly workforce
Experience with Bullhorn preferred

Responsibilities

Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of client-facing managers and hourly staff at multiple locations.
Provide ongoing staff development and HR evaluations; handle disciplinary actions up to termination.
Track site performance with KPI reports and drive continuous improvements.
Lead community engagement and ensure standard work across locations.
Manage recruiting, onsite, candidate, and associate programs.
Conduct client business reviews and communicate data-driven results.
Adhere to client safety and workplace policies.
