Job summary

Asset Living in Dallas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of our communities, performing corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks under supervision. You will attend sites daily, respond to resident and management work orders, assist with make-ready turnover, pool maintenance and safety logs, and help keep common areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Maintain pool chemical logs and pool cleaning.
• Inspect and repair community areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnover events.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance in maintenance shop.
