Aston Carter is seeking an HR Assistant to act as the on-site HR resource for employees and supervisors in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will support onboarding, training, recruiting, and HR data management with confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site HR resource for employees and supervisors.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and training.
• Assist with recruitment efforts and hiring process coordination.
• Support full-cycle recruiting activities including screening and scheduling.
• Process personnel transactions and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Maintain HRIS data and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support leave administration and benefits enrollment.
