Job summary

Malone Solutions is seeking an Onsite Specialist to manage daily activities at the client site in Moreno Valley, CA, providing administrative support and fostering a positive client relationship.

The role is part-time, requiring weekend shifts (Sat & Sun 12:30pm–9:00pm), with duties including onboarding new hires, observing safety, and presenting weekly reports to leadership. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in recruitment or staffing industry preferred.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays 12:30pm–9:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist with checking in new hires on their start date.
• Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices.
• Provide feedback to temporary associates.
• Address performance or attitude concerns of temporary associates.
• Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations.
• Build relationships with the client and on-site employees.
• Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership.
