Job summary

Malone is actively recruiting an Employee Care Specialist in Moreno Valley, CA for a part-time role dedicated to supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our internal and field staff.

You will work with the employee care manager to provide guidance on personal and work-related issues, facilitate stress management training, mediate conflicts, maintain confidential records and promote a character-focused culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Certification in counseling or employee assistance programs is preferred.
• Proven experience in employee relations, coaching, counseling, or similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Empathetic and compassionate nature, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to internal and field employees regarding personal and work-related issues, including workplace conflicts, performance concerns, stress management, and personal challenges.
• Provide resources to help employees manage their personal and professional responsibilities.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management, promoting open communication and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Assist with training on topics such as stress management, work-life balance, conflict resolution, and other areas to enhance employee well-being and development.
• Maintain records and analyze data related to employee care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
