The position supports light industrial staffing, including recruiting activities and day-to-day onsite coordination, candidate engagement, and community events. Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a light industrial staffing agency.
• Strong verbal communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends; early mornings on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Enter applications in Avionte.
• Collect attendance sheets from Onsite.
• Answer phones and emails.
• Greet applicants as they walk in.
• Represent Workforce Enterprises at job fairs and trade shows.
• Conduct in-person interviews and coordinate with the branch to refine hiring goals.
• Distribute flyers and yard signs locally.
• Qualify potential candidates for specific roles.
